What is the cut-off for Monday delivery?

All local delivery orders placed by 9:00 PM on Sunday night will be delivered on Monday. If the order is placed on Monday, it will be delivered the following Monday.

What time is Monday delivery?

Your order will be delivered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

How do I know that my items are in good condition?

We take pride in ensuring that all of the items we sell are in great condition, so we don't sell anything that we wouldn't buy for our own kids. Consignors are asked to make sure that their clothes are freshly washed and free of stains, rips, etc. We inspect each item upon arrival, while photographing, and during packaging. If we notice any missed issues during packaging, we will contact you with the details so you can decide whether you'd still like the item or if you'd like a refund/exchange for something else. If you receive an item that you are not happy with, you can contact us for a refund/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. It is very important to us that you love your purchases!

What sizes of clothing do you accept/sell?

We accept newborn to size 16 kids' clothing as well as maternity/nursing clothes. We also accept excellent condition adult-sized clothing that would appeal to teenagers. 

Do you accept shoes and hats?

Yes!

What kind of baby gear do you accept?

We take baby carriers, bath accessories, sleep sacks, receiving blankets, crib/bassinet sheets, and hats/booties/bibs. We now take nursery decor items that are a reasonable size (ie. no rocking chairs, etc). We don't take bassinets, baby swings, or car seats. If you have something you'd like to consign with us and you're unsure if we will accept it, contact us here, email linenforlittles@gmail.com, or connect with us in the online chat.

Do you accept toys or books?

We accept toys that are still in the package or in excellent condition. We will also accept preloved books as long as they are in good condition with no ripped/missing pages, etc.

How does the Bundle Request work?

We know that life is busy and that littles grow quickly and that sometimes you just need some help. Or maybe you need a baby gift and can't decide which items to buy. Now you can request a personalized bundle and we will do your shopping for you! Fill out the form here to request your own bundle!

Where are you located?

Our store is currently online with a pick-up/drop-off location in Williams Lake, BC. We deliver within Williams Lake and nearby areas and ship Canada-wide and to the US. 

Do you deliver to 100 Mile House/Lac La Hache?

If we have enough orders, we will do an occasional delivery to those areas. Contact us here if you're interested in ordering from out of town. 

Do you offer free shipping for a certain amount spent?

Yes, we do! We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $125. If you'd like us to hold your items until you reach $125 spent, just select "Local Pick-Up" at check-out and let us know!

Do you offer flat rate shipping?

Yes, we offer $15 flat rate shipping across Canada!

If I live out of town and can't pick up my order for awhile, can you hold it for me?

Absolutely! Just let us know you'd like us to hold it and then give us 48 hours notice for pick-up.

If I'm not local, will you hold my order for me until I spend a certain amount to cut down on shipping costs?

Yes! If you're not local, you can choose "Local Pick-Up" at check-out, let us know, and we will hold your items until you have spent $125+.

When will I get my order?

Pick-up orders are ready within 72 hours. If you place a local delivery order before Sunday at 9 PM, you will receive your order on Monday between 8 AM and 8 PM. Orders to be shipped are packed and shipped within 72 hours. 

I placed an order for delivery and then I saw something else I wanted to buy. Can I add it to my delivery?

If you've already ordered and paid for Monday delivery, you can order as many more times as you'd like before Sunday at 9 PM. Just select "local pick-up" and send us a note requesting your order be added to your Monday delivery. 

What if I need to return an item?

We understand that when you order online, you might receive an item that doesn't fit properly (especially maternity clothes). You have 14 days to request a hassle-free return by contacting us here or by emailing linenforlittles@gmail.com. 

How do I become a Brand Ambassador?

Fill out our Brand Ambassador application. We will contact you after we receive your application. Then, you can send us 4+ photos of your little in their Linen for Littles' clothing and we will send you a discount code for the month of your choosing!
